Job Role: Welder Fabricator
Location: Loughborough (LE12)
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm, Friday: 7:00am – 11:00am
Pay: £14.00 to £17.00 per hour depending on experience

Transport Required – Site is not accessible by public transport

Overview:

Our clients is a long-standing, family-run business based in Loughborough, known for quality British-made steel products used across community spaces nationwide.

They are currently looking for a Welder Fabricator or Production Welder to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful projects in a clean, well-equipped, and supportive workshop environment.

The Role:

• MIG welding and fabrication of mild steel components

• Reading and working from technical drawings

• Cutting, drilling, and finishing metal to production specs

• Assisting with assembly and powder-coating prep where required

• Working both independently and as part of a team in a production-led environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in MIG welding (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

• Ability to work from drawings with good attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working to production targets

• Physically fit and safety-conscious

• Own transport is essential due to site location
